Got up before five to sneak in a run before work. It was glorious out there. Sunrise over the Basingstoke Canal, swans and cygnets and then this played on shuffle. It was damned near euphoric I tell you.

Gone a bit trance today, once again, I'm too old, too stuck in my musical genre's and there is no way I should like trance, but I do. This one takes me back to a great holiday in Tenerife, even then I was too old but took great delight in embarrassing my teenage daughters on the dance floor. "Mum, Dad's showing us up again", "Leave him alone, he's pissed and think's he's 18"! :lolol:

I remember making my nephews cringe when I declared I liked 'young' bands such as ALIEN ANT HILL, LIMP BISCUIT and THE RED STRIPES

Down with the kids :ffsparr:

I know some one posted the version on the Young Ones recently. Tom Ravenscroft played it this evening and it is the best track I've heard today - not a second wasted

I’ve always hated heavy metal and hard rock, just not my thing.

Other than Ace of Spades and Black Sabbath’s Paranoid, brilliant sounds.

Yes for me there are some generes that I don't want to go too deep into (rap's another) - but the best of all genres will be good inevitably. The number of metal tracks that I like would probably not be that long especially can't be doing with the thing they do with the vocals - we're turning into Waldorf & Statler by the day aren't we. Loved the Mama Cass = another taken from us before her time
