Percy's howling on Immigrant Song would be a unique opener on any album. I too love 111, although in my mid teens, it was a must have for the wonderful cover as much as the music. The revolving disc or volvelle was another component that made album buying on vinyl such a long lasting pleasure, so much more than the diluted gratification of streaming a single track that serves as music loving for listeners today. Great choice. I'll be digging out my vinyl copy today to play with the cover and listen to this magnificent album.
