Harry, thoughts please.
I heard this with my daughter in Lanzarote Tuesday at a cafe, we both loved it, but the staff had no clue the name of it, we searched Spotify under industrial goth, dance dark whatever, eventually my daughter found it Friday. What genre is this, I kind like it reminds me of Joy Division, I am a sucker for a dark guitar sound, is it classed as post punk ?
They are from Belarus.
is it your bag ?
any other recommendations, thanks

My bag? We saw them live recently. I think @willalbion was there too.

Pronounced Molchat Doma (Houses that are silent). From Belarus as you say.

Mrs T's favourite track is pronounced volni

Genre post punk/darkwave, as you surmise.

Top detective work

I have stopped posting thumpers for the moment

Off to Sennan Cove. Can't wait! Weather looks a bit crap but so what?

Just bought the Lyndon Scarfe album. It sounds great. Check out Handful of Snowdrops if you get a mo. From Montreal. But total Britophiles.

Hope you are enjoying the summer and your garden and family are lovely
Can't beat Cornwall when the weather's crap ..... Best time to be there IMHO :)

Heard this as a backing track to a property show on tv last night, so automatic choice for today.

Alberto Y Los Trios Paranoias. What a great band they were! I saw them at the art college once. Not content with putting out a doo wop version of "Anarchy in the UK', they really excelled themselves with this reggae version of "Robin Hood'!

They were all involved in other bands weren't they? My memory is shite these days.
Think CP Lee passed away recently.
