Watching(again) the film ‘Northern Soul’, which was on BBC2 last night, reminded me what a good tune this is! Keep The Faith!

I love Northern Soul dancing when it’s done right. Been to a few all nighters back in the early eighties which opened up the door to Northern Soul and wish I could’ve been around in the Wigan Casino and Twisted Wheel days.

Some of the shit I’ve see lately just looks like pensioners staggering about on a Saga cruise on choppy seas.

I do know what you mean! Tbf though it’s such great dance music it’s almost impossible NOT to dance to it regardless of age or expertise. I was the right age for Wigan/Stoke/Blackpool but was living in Sussex and missed the moment! Music still great though

Yeah I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re up and dancing and having a good time.
