Surprisingly played at the end of today's C4 news , another band didn't get to see .

I saw Chameleons Vox (Burgess and some other guys) in London about 15 years ago and they were trying to do new songs. Hmmm. I saw thm again in Oxford a few years ago (Mrs T took me for a surprise birthday gig). They may have called themselves The Chameleons on the night. They played the whole of SOTB. It was absolutely excellent.

For the Bowie fans out there...I've been listening to this on repeat for months and it's too good not to share.

I hope this young man will go very, very far. Would urge anyone to listen to his recent album release 'Zeroes'.

A couple as I haven't posted on here for a few days.
Only recently found Gary Barlow's Crooner sessions on YouTube, absolutely brilliant, I know he's a bit 'Marmite' to a lot of people, but these sessions are so good.

Adam Curtis's documentary persuaded me to buy a couple of albums by Bright Eyes. This track has popped out today:

You can hear a Dylan influence in the see sawing repetition of the refrains at the end of each verse. I'm not sure why, but it also reminds me of Rilo Kiley's wonderful 'A Man, Me, Then Jim'.
