I always have my music on when I'm cooking one of my "Killer-Chillies". Tidal produced a playlist for me based on what I've listened to recently (strictly Reggae). This one caught my ear as I chopped up my onions and green peppers this morning; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvk7lOL8TeI
Actually heard this yesterday but I'd already posted so moving it forward to today. Although it looks like 2 tracks, Joy Ride is really the instrumental intro to Teenage Queen. Oh, and it's another great and largely overlooked album from way back......
Keep hearing this on a TV ad, and I suppose it's very apt at the moment with Mr 'Psycho' Spector popping his clogs. That aside it's a classic track by the gorgeous Ronettes (no wonder he married Ronny), and a great example of Spector's Wall of sound production.
