I think this is what some of you want today.
I'm still getting behind Adams and the team. Adams is still the right man for the job. Sanchez, please no. He might be able to lift their spirits, but what about the long haul?

It's down to the players as well, not just Micky, they need to get their act together, tighten up at the back and stop losing their heads in games.

At the end of the day we could have Micky Mouse as manager if we were winning games.

I want the team to do well, whoever's in charge. At the moment we are not doing well, and in my opinion a lot of that is down to the decisions of the manager.

Let's just hope we get it together and win today. This will at least lift some spirits. For the first time in about 3 months I am unable to watch or listen to the match, this was when we beat Leicester so its looking good.

I want BHAFC to win matches. I don't give a flying f*** who is manager quite frankly if that happens. It could be Anne Widdicombe for all I care as long as we win games. Micky has had more than a fair run so if he goes thats life.

I think that part of the problem is that people now think that 20 games is 'a fair few' and judge accordingly. We live in an instant world, and expect instant results. More was expected from this season, although personally I was anticipating a top half and ideally sneaking into 6th position rather than a guaranteed playoff/promotion finish.

Micky this season is looking at a 3/10 mark IMO, in terms of his tactical and team decisions, and that is clearly not good. From what I have seen this season we have a decent strike force (when fit), a one dimensional midfield and an error prone defence.

It ain't good, but having watched the Albion for 35 years, I have seen it many times before, and suspect will do so many times in the future too. If you want to see flowing one touch football don't support a nondescript seaside provincial club with a transient fanbase and no football culture embedded in its history.

The long haul is no longer relevant...we are in a complete and utter mess and need a quick fix. It is pointless pinning your hopes to a manager who has lost control. We are a rudderless ship heading for the rocks. He has tried turning the wheel in every direction but we are still set on the same course.
He is not a magician...its not suddenly all going to come good...if the players aren't playing for him now, what makes you think that they will suddenly spring into life and start winning lots of games.
Football is all about confidence and our players have lost it....we need to change personnel and bring it back...quickly.
We have to stay in this division at all costs...if we go down, it may not be Div 2 football, it could get worse. ( count the number of ex league clubs sitting in the Conference at present )
Since Adams ' going back to basics exercise ' we have taken 1pt from 7 games ( enough said )
I admire loyalty to the manager but in these circumstances I feel it is misplaced. His record doesn't stand up to any scrutiny. A lot of fans would have settled for mid-table this season if they believed the foundations were being put in place for a challenge next season. Now we have become one of the whipping boys of the division and if we are not very careful could be cast adrift in the bottom 4 before the end of January

I think Adams continuing as manager is more damaging than another defeat today.

I won't be hoping we lose to increase the pressure on MA, that would be ridiculous. But if we did lose and he was gone before the coach gets back to Sussex, then I would feel a sense of relief.

Look at the table. We are starting to be cast adrift from safety already. We are 20 points form the play offs where we expected to be this season and were told was the aim. We are 26 points from automatic promotion. We need 30 points from 24 games to stand a chance of staying up which is mid table form from now just to stay up. We have won 2 games from 19 and got 13 points. We need 50 points from 24 games to get 70 points and beat Wilkins record last season which is automatic promotion form. The teams below have all made up the large gap from 3 weeks ago and we could be 2nd bottom very soon. How much longer can this go on ?.

It would almost be the kindest thing to do. Like putting a family pet in pain out of its misery.

Exactly. It pains me to see his reputation being damaged so much, and I just want it to stop, I want him to go before this spell completely overshadows what he did for us last time.

If no change is made...then I can only see us getting cast further adrift.
In the 2nd half of the season we are going to have to visit - Walsall, Leicester, Millwall, Scunthorpe and MK Dons. As well as fellow strugglers - Cheltenham, Hereford and Leyton Orient.
At present, I can't see us avoiding the drop and I can't see anything from the manager to give hope for the future. Surely the Chairman recognises that we are stumbling from one crisis to another. As he was responsible for bringing in Adams, then he is responsible for paying him off.
If they think the finances are bad now...wait for next season ( the lack of season tkt renewals ) and further declining gates. This has to be an economic as well as a football decision for changing the manager.

I have absolutely no faith in Adams and would love to see the back of him but I will be getting behind the team today and will be as gutted as ever if we lose.

We all feel like that but it is the unnecessary pain that we are being put through...you hope for the best but fear the worst. There is a fragility about the team that makes everyone twitchy. We are losing to ordinary teams and it hurts.

No supporter should EVER want to see their team lose a game of football. But regardless of today's result, I think the wrong man is in charge of this football club.

We have tough games coming up. We have had the easy games and lost them all.

Northampton - Home - 3 points a must, not a draw Adams
Walsall - Away - loss likely
Leeds United - Home - draw at best
Cheltenham Town - Away - relegation battle - draw at best
Leicester City - Away - best side in league, definate loss
Hartlepool United - Home - beaten us and scored 6 in 2 games, draw
Peterborough United - Home - loss likely against one of the better teams
Hereford United - Away - relegation battle - draw at best

8 games - 7 points ?

It's ridiculous to say any genuine fan wants to see us lose - I think we definitely need a change at the helm, but I will be at Swindon today hoping for a win. As has been previously said, we need to win the equivalent of 10 games from the last 24 to stay up, which I can't see happening, but even if the dreaded drop does occur I'll always support the team at whatever level.

Plus - The omens are good today - I've just found a £20 note blowing along outside my house this morning, so at least that covers my entry fee today ! 1-0 to the Albion I reckon.

Put the £ 20 on Murray to score the first goal at 7/1.
