Tom Peters (Management Guru) tells a story of meeting a lady on a factory production line who didn't like her job title. So he said to her that as from tomorrow she was the "Supreme Commander - Production" - her working conditions and pay would not change but at least she would have a title that matched her contribution to the company effort.
Morale of the story is that it doesn't matter a toss what you are called you are still what you are.,
