This, pretty much. A 1968 Morris Minor in Trafalgar Blue - Reg. No. RPM 951G, it was two years younger than me.

btw, did I mention? :needpics:
My second car was a 1954 MM.....the only car I've ever sold for more than I bought it for. The brakes (or lack of) was frightening, especially as it wasn't fitted with seatbelts

A Vauxhall Nova back in 1987 - I now drive a Lotus which probably spends more time in the garage than the bloody Nova ever did!

A red Nova 1.3 SR (D reg) - bit of a boy racer car back then but it was NOT chaved up thankfully! Bit of a rust bucket but managed to keep it on the road for ages and never broke down.

A 1985 Renault 11 RXE 1.7, it ended its days 9 months later in a field on its roof, I was paying more attention to changing a cassette tape than the road!!

A C reg Fiat Uno (red). Drove all the way down to Southern Italy 4 times for my research fieldwork, and never missed a beat.
When that died I got lent an A reg Renault 11 by my brother-in-law, only intended to keep it for a few weeks, ended up driving it for 3 years!
