Ah I was going to start this thread today so glad to see someone else did it!

As I stated in the other thread the BIGGY was Premier Leafgue stickers. My BIG year was the 95/96 season. I managed to get the number one sticker of the premier league badge SHINY. It was glorious. For a week or so I was commanding big bucks for that bad boy (maybe a tenner). I had people dropping me notes in class, promising me all of their stickers for it. At the age of 9 I felt as though I was in the mafia. It was brilliant.

Other massive COLLECTABLES at my time were POGS.

Someone mentioned this on another thread at the moment , so why not.

For me it has to be Football Stickers and Top Trumps. If you had Top Trumps you were the boss.

What about others? :guitar:

David Gilmour's armpit
"Nearest the wall", which involved throwing your dinner money against a wall (usually hidden from sight) and the one who got nearest took the pot. No rolling allowed, unless agreed by all participants. Got banned eventually, as so many kids were going hungry!

Under the Police Box
Till I was about 8 - Toppsies. Flicking football cards against the wall so they'd bounce and land on other cards... Anything they landed on you won.

After that Dungeons & Dragons.

Then from about 12 onwards we discovered Atari computers.

Care Bears.

Whatever happened to them?

They stopped caring. Early '70's "squash" using 2p and a ruler on the old wooden lab benchs with the bit at the back. Also cards, "Black Maria" was our favourite, anyone remember it?
