also not only has mcghee never been relegated from this division. but he also has probably one of the best records of bringing a club up from the division below us. nobody is perfect we all make mistakes from time to time but as long as that isnt too regular then i have grown to quite like mcghees style of management. i wasnt too keen when we 1st got him but i do think he copes quite well considering our lack of resources.

I am sick to death of theis treachery and disloyalty.

Dick Knight is NOT going to sack McGhee. FACT.
McGhee is NOT going to resign. FACT.
Therefore, by process of elimination, McGhee will be our manager at the end of the season and beyond. DEAL WITH IT.

When McGhee took on this job, he knew he had f*** all resources to work with, yet he took the job in good faith with his eyes wide open. He still has NO resources to work with. Getting Falmer has changed NOTHING. We have lost other good managers as a result of our predicament. But McGhee has hung on and showed loyalty when he could have walked away, especially from the moaning short-termist throw-cash-at-the-problem glory-hunters.

And what does he get for his loyalty? Abuse.

Some people on here should be f***ing ASHAMED of themselves.

Then I will consider myself suitably ashamed, because I am not going to hurl abuse in his direction, you know that, but my faith is starting to waiver.

I know we haven't got cash to throw at it, I just don't think we are making the best of the small amount that he has, and I don't think he has the contacts to get us those players if I'm being brutally honest.

I know Kuipers' distribution is crap, but in our position is it really that much of a problem. We need the best shot stopper we have in goal. Bollocks to the distribution. If your going to axe players for that, the entire defense should go for the way they pump high ball up front when we had both the mighty midgets playing. Hardly good distrobution pu,ping ball into the air for Jake or Leo to win.

HOWEVER, a pattern of loosing can only go on for so long, we tend to raise our game for the big matches and play poorly against the lesser teams that the 'bobblers' will tell you are 'points in the bag', well for a START there are no definate points in this league and regardless of your resources you have to at least put up a fight, against Milwall and Luton we were embarrasing.

The tired old chestnut of no resources simply doesnt wash, we had £300,000 more to spend at the start of the season than 8 other clubs in this division, also the excuse that players will not come to Brighton is utter PISH, all they are concerned about is getting paid.

My main gripe with the club in general is that we are hiding behind a lot of excuses when the players and management should be standing up and being counted, you cannot run a club on excuses, you have to look forward, I think McGhee is still the man for that job, but he cannot be given forever to prove that, otherwise we really will be doomed
