Just far enough away from LDC
I am shocked that the intelligent people who do their own research and don't believe the msm hadn't yet worked out;

He hasn't gone on trial yet
He has pleaded not guilty
He is currently on remand
He is suspended from the labour party
Couldn't find out the sentencing guidelines for the charge he is facing
Didn't seem to read previous posts on this on this thread

Yet are already accusing the judiciary, the legislature, the security forces of two tier justice and perceiving paths of promotion from the Labour party

If that's the clever people in society, I'm glad I'm a thicky sheep

I guess we'll have to wait for the verdict. Good job some of you aren't jurors.

Who is accusing the judiciary and legislature of two tier justice? We can judge that better after the trial, and after we’ve heard his version of events.

That's why you are so clever. He was in custody on 6th September at his last court appearance. I hadn't seen anything in the evil msm to say he had been released on bail. Which is interesting bearing in mind bail hearings are in open court.

It's a conspiracy I tell ya

I support the process of a fair trial. Do you?
We all support fair trials GB. But fair sentencing too, surely - which might get more attention here (IF he’s found guilty). Personally I’d have preferred it if people previously imprisoned for little more than shouting in the street, had received a more useful punishment than prison, but unfortunately that’s now set a precedent.

perhaps it’s because they’ve seen the video…you support him then…..and what posts to date have led you to make that comment …I’m intrigued
I've no doubt the video will be shown to the jurors as evidence.

Why do cases like this have to have 'sides'?
He’s not on remand ..he was bailed
He was remanded in August at Westminster Court, appeared via video link to Snaresbrook Crown Court and trial date set to January, but remained in custody.
I‘ve tried searching the result of a bail application in December but cannot find a result. Can you help please?

So you were in court and heard all the evidence and read the sentencing remarks in these cases? Given apparently all they did was merely shouting in the street?

For those unaware, Ricky Jones (Labour Councillor) is up in front of the beak shortly for comments made in public around the time of the summer riots where he appeared to incite violence, I'm sure many of you have seen the footage.

If found guilty, what sort of sentence should he expect. I would genuinly love to know what the great and good of NSC think about this.
I'd say that "we need to cut all their throats" is inciting murder rather than just violence.

Then why is there a sentencing thread up before the verdict is reached?

Actually it could be said you were in one of your earlier posts. The one where you felt it necessary to refer to even handed.

Or indeed when you played down previous convicted criminals of merely shouting in the street

If it is merely shouting in the street, no doubt he’ll be acquitted, but that’s not what charges he’s on.

Jail.

The decisive and stark sentencing nipped all that madness in the bud, despite bad actors like Musk fanning the flames.
It would be wrong to change the rubric now.

(I am a member of the labour party).

I don’t believe MSM covered his bail …..but there are a few commentators I follow who state he was bailed for Xmas…can’t help further….if I’m proved wrong so be it..I’ll hold my hand up

and yes I’m sure they will get to see the evidence and Mr Jones will get his opportunity to explain his actions
