The Guardian - brilliant writing but sometimes can be firmly ensconced up its own arse.

The Sun is a good product. They cater very well for their chav, gossip mongering, xenophobic, big hoop 'gold' earring wearing readership. Shite style of sensationalist journalism but the ABC figures speak for themselves.

Occasionally fantastic tits on page 3, though.

well said Soul Finger

I dont seem to have time for papers during the week but we have the Guardian and Torygraph on Saturday, the Sunday Times and the Observer of a SUnday

I wouldnt wipe my dogs arse with the sun or the mail (If I havd a dog!) theyre appalling pieces of ignorant propaganda

I always find that M&S with it's greater selection of non fairtrade food is the better supermarket.

True, it is a little - although I usually rely on Asda for all my GM foods.

To be honest I don't really have much intrest in the 'important things' in the papers. I buy The Sun because its cheap, intresting footy news, a few intresting stories and brief news on the real issues. I'm no chav or thicko though. I simply want something different from a paper. Just a quick flick through to pass the time.

i love fairtrade cookies and i also like to buy organic smoked salmon and steak.

Toddington services on the M1 has an M&S 'Simply Food' shop, nothing better than one of their sandwiches or wraps to accompany a flick through the Independant.

Does Toddington have a Little Chef?

They are always my stop off of choice, not only can you get a completely un-organic breakfast (don't you just love those sausages with eyelids, trotters and balls in?) but you also get a free complimentary copy of the Daily Mail to peruse whilst tucking into your feast.

Once you throw in the free lollipop at the end, I'm sure you will agree that 'Simply Food' seems a slight rip off.

i don't think it does have a little chef BUT i believe it does have a similar sort of cafe place which serves just as modified a fry up. everyone is happy at that service station. :)
