[Humour] What Makes You A Dullard ?

I rather like stationary sections of shops - or indeed shops like Rymans (RIP). No idea why, I never actually buy anything - who needs stationary in the internet world ? I think that makes me dullard.

Good news, there’s still a Rymans in North Street, I use it from time to time.

I get that interest …. in the 70s’s/80’s, I loved Walter Gillet (Nile/Market Street), Beal’s, WHS and a shop on Richmond Terrace selling specialist architects stationery.


For me - maps, weather, plants/garden projects, skiing and ski villages. Those last two combined give me all round obsessions.

BUT if it makes people happy, why not! I’m probably a bit of a pedant! Like noticing when people spell stationery wrong. Most shops don’t move.
