Red onion makes EVERYTHING in a sandwich taste better. The only thing is, I can still taste it HOURS later, which isn't overly pleasant either for me or probably anyone I may be orally interacting with.

and everyone ELSE gets the benefit the following day.

Red onion is amazing

Dowse it in lemon juice first - it takes away the num-num-plerrr taste thing a bit. They kind of neutralise each other.

But red onion is my favourite - it's perfect for making chutney to go on barbecued burgers.

I love onions in most forms uncooked fried, roasted onion rings whatever but I do think that generally Red Onions are too mild and not strong enough so do not have them very often. Also love onion bechamel sauce on lamb

I like spring onion in a chow mein
I like fried to the point of burning white onions in burgers or with sausage and mash
I like raw red onions in salads.
