I agree with you and Seasidesage. I'd have Mac Allister on the bench though (for one of the last three). So the first two attempts were the correct ones.

The midfield is the hard bit. I forgot MacAllister and agree, he needs to be on the bench

Depends who we’re playing and what formation we want to set up........[emoji23][emoji23]

I’d probably go with......

Sanchez
White Dunk Webster
Lamptey Bissouma Lallana March
Gross
Maupay Welbeck

Would probably be my choice too, none the less, hardly a team to set the world alight.

Let's hope Moder is the business. Bissouma is our best player now, so he's easy. I love Alzate, but I don't think he's been great this season -- United aside when he was sensational -- and he has been culpable for a couple of goals (Chelsea, Everton). That said, he's so exciting: outstanding vision, great feet, crisp, short passing -- he reminds me of Iniesta and, even more, Xavi, which is high praise.

I really like what I’ve seen of Moder. I’m really hopeful but imagine we won’t be seeing him until mid Feb at the earliest. Fully agree on Alzate too, which is why White’s been there on occasion. Bags of potential, it’s just a case of nurturing it.

All this agreement surely makes you a weirdo
