Yep had a pair. Posted pic above. They were absolute rubbish!!When I was about 8, I had a plastic pair from Woolworth. Red and black, moulded studs, obviously.
The most comfortable boots I ever wore, honestly, they were like carpet slippers.
Does anyone remember the Alan Ball boots that were the first white ones, and they had a swivel type affair in the sole to help you turn quicker.
I wonder how many ACLs they were responsible for.
Same as me in about 67. Then Puma London City (off my mate for ten Bob) and then Addidas Beckanbauer. As a kid, it would have been something from the Winfield brand sold by Woolworths - cheap and cheerful.
Moulded or studsMy boot of choice as I got older.
Was fed up with feeling the studs pushing through the sole of my previous pairs of boots.
As a kid I wore adidas Beckenbauer.
First pair of boots I owned were just like thatNearest pair I could find on tinternet were these circa 1961
