What day of the footballing year do you look forward to most?

Was thinking about this the other day, so quite simple, as the title says. FA cup 3rd round? Or first day of the season, or something even more peculiar? And why?

I used to love the cup final until the FA and the television companies conspired to devalue it.
I used to look forward to first round day in the cup - nowadays it's the third round for us but it's not the same.

What I really love with a passion is the first game of the season, especially if there's an Albion game I can get to. Otherwise I go and watch whichever of the Birmingham sides is at home just so I can get my football fix. There is so much excitement and hope and newfound passion. It never lets you down even if the results sometimes do
