what are your neighbours like?

My Upstairs neighbours are f***ing horrendous. 18/19 year old continuingly partying on random days making a mess outside my ground floor flat with fag ends and everything else.

She is actually a very nice girl but no concept of noise time or day.

On my floor... an old deaf Czech woman who doesnt speak English.
Pretty perfect really.

Only thing that bugs me in the street is the gypsies up the road, whose friends/family
have no concept of what a door bell is, and whistle for attention.

I suspect that it is not exaggerated. She had the council turn up numerous times and apparently ignored numerous pleas to turn it down. The fact that this got to court suggests that she was a nuisance. The ASBO confirms this. Your sister is ignorant and selfish.

By the way, you cannot over-exaggerate. It's a tautology.
