I can catch beermats by flipping them with the back of my hand and catching them really quick. My record stands at 16 in a row, but it tends to deteriorate after a few wife-beaters.

u mean stacking them up and flipping them, and seeing how many u can catch yeah ?

if so . . my PB is currently 32 mats succesfully flipped and caught (in one hand of course) ! :jester:

Climbing trees, catching newts, pool and snooker, right wing (crosses like Beckham I tell you!), music arranging, singing, cooking, painting, refinishing furniture, languages, communicating with children and dogs. [/QUOTE

so you must be Miss World then?

Er..... did I mention curing the world of disease and feeding the starving?

I forgot to mention poetry - like out-rapping the likes of duhwayne who has to nick his from recording artists from USA .

No, I don't stack them. Its just the one beer mat I flip, and my best is 16 times in a row without feckin' it up.

32 beermats stacked and flipped ? I'd have no chance. They'd just go everywhere, and I'd look even more of a SLICE grovelling around picking them all up.

:lolol:

"Talking bollocks" would have sufficed.

I am in a very good mood today anyway but I have to say that your usual sardonic wit made me laugh out loud.

Thanks Safeway :clap2: :clap2:

I wouldn't profess to being much cop at anything but recently I have developed accute Winding up Americans skills. Granted this is NOT rocket science.

I didn't, my contract expired and they ran out of work. Besides which, my last contract didn't actually involve any computer programming - it was all boring trading spreadsheet maintenance work. I've since gone back to basics and started my own company, writing software. Two clients so far, with a couple more in the pipeline hopefully.

Like me, you should stick to what you're good at - in your case that would be lying, getting fat and paying for sex so maybe not.

Good luck Simster, been there myself and have decided that when I finally get to the US full time then I will have as little to do with computers as I can.

I think I prefered it when you two used to argue.

You may have noticed Safeway that I am trying to turn over a new leaf I.E. I'm attempting to not get into rows with people coz believe me I get enough aggro with my wife's two ex husbands ! It's my New Year's resolution started a few months early.

In any case I have been in Simster's position and I know pretty much how he feels, I wish him well as it can be very frutrating being put in that situation. Personally, if I never work on another computer in my life I'll feel a whole lot better for it.
