Even if we go down he will still be head coach at the start of next season. Only way I think he would be sacked is if by xmas next year if went down and we were in the bottom half of the championship

Southampton are a good side, let's not get upset because a palarse fan decides to wind it up.

Yeh really strong physical side. Difficult to disposess and steal the ball from them. Much more winnable matches coming up than that one.

I don’t understand the blind support for a manager who frankly is not a winner. Given what he is paid he needs to earn his crust. A bottom six side for our 4th consecutive season on the trot is not something to be proud about is it? Or is it just about staying up until we are relegated?

As Sky have said - we haven’t won a match in 2020 at home in the league!

How many other Premier teams would put up with such a record?

I don’t recall their keeper having to make a save tonight.

We couldn’t beat WBA or Burnley so where is that win coming from?

Still a fan but we have had two shocking second halves that he carries the can for. WBA and tonight. He needs to up his game in half time team talks. We were second to everything second half, so pissed off at how we played second half

Our keeper only had one meaningful save to make...and he didn’t

Starting to get frustrated now. He needs to show some passion. His interview tonight he came across like he doesn't give a toss.

Yep, I just think their strong pressing is the best way to beat us and that is their natural way to play. I hoped for points tonight but I always had us down for bonus points only.

How is it blind support when he kept us up in his first season? (This is his second term btw, not his fourth).

And have you not noticed the fundamental shift in technical ability since he’s taken over? Changing the style and squad root and branch.

I mean no offence, you’d have to be fairly short sighted to not see the improvements across the board. Or are you just knee jerking to what is a poor performance tonight?

I get it. When you boot up FIFA it’s expected you’re going to storm your way to top 8. But this is real life. This is a very tough job. Ask Chris Wilder.

Sky are wrong - we beat Arsenal at home.
