I reckon John Piercey's form could end up making or breaking our season.

If he can provide the service for Leon, well who knows...

Piercey's looked good in the friendles up until now as well.

Piercy is the one creative midfielder we have at the moment. Really think he is gonna come good this season. He HAS to start the season. He looked a different class to anyone else against Arundel and he still looked classy against Woking (although clearly suffering with some illness)

Agree entirely, Piercey must start. He has the skill and panache to make a difference this season. He wasn't a Spurs player for nothing.

I agree entirely that we are very strong in most positions. With additions of a new centre back and a striker to partner Knight I think we will be in for a really successful season.

Patience we will finish about 8th or 9th unless we play Piercey and Wilson Denis then it will be last season all over again. I dont know which match you watched at Woking as he hardly touched the ball and looked nearly only nearly good enough for Woking.

We will struggle unless we find another goal scorer. The defence is ok the midfield is good enough for this division as they have proved but we are lacking up front. We will not concede many goals but then we will not score many so lots of nil nil draws and hopefully one nil wins to ensure survival. I think that the likes of Mc Phee Hammond and Marney will figure more this season. We will go up again but not this season, unless all is sorted out re Falmer in October and we have a storming second half of the season.

BensGrandad just what exactly are you basing your harsh judgement of Piercey on exactly? I am 100% confident that youll be eating your words about him by the end of the season.

If you create enough chances. Strikers will score. We don't have a BZ but we'll create enough chances to win games.

I reckon BensGrandad is, in fact, JohnsGrandad and he is double-bluffing - trying to drum up support for Piercy by knocking him. ???
