That may be true, but we're lacking depth Turkey.

Perth Seagull and I may be a long way away geographically but I pretty much agree.

On paper we're a big striker and a few subs away from champs.

But then the game isn't played on paper (he said digging in to his Cloughie's Cliches book).

Defence - Virgo, Hinshelwood have showed Promise. Blackwell set to come back late in the season. Butters is fat and shite but might be alright at this level.

Midfield - Piercy, Oatway, Marney - No problems

Strikers - Yes leightweight but KEEP THE FAITH.

Hmmm - not sure about your midfield backup there - well as far as the players that can tackle and pass is concerned anyway. Marney is more of a winger cum forward - Piercy is a creative midfielder and although I like Charlie - he is hardly the quality player that Rodger and Carpenter would need as backup.
As for Central defensive cover at the moment we have Butters - who was even ridiculed by Barnet fans when he was there, Hinshlewood, who is too inexperienced and Virgo - who I think is quite good but Taylor and Coppell - never seemed to use him that much. So the best cover is Blackwell - who'll be out until the season is virtually over.

All in all we need another 2/3 players IMHO
