The new owner said the wages were stupid amounts when they took over the club. West Ham really have got to get their house in order this summer, even if it means selling high wage earners in order to bring in players on lesser wages. Otherwise, they'll go the same way as Portsmouth.

This was the one I was going to highlight. A spent force, has not been getting in the team (or, if he has, certainly not scoring goals!), and was given a 2½ year contract on £40k!

That's without mentioning the obvious ones of Boa Morte, Dyer and Gabidon. Crazy, just crazy.

I seem to remember an ugly rumour going about as to why he can't play & it isn't an injury more an affliction really. Not even 70k a week would make me happy if I were him. The real me would be cockafuckinghoop with 70k a week.

What Mido is that on a grand a week? If it's the one i think it is then he might do a job for us at that money.
