Thunder Bolt
Silly old bat
Appeal successful. Wes Brown's red card overturned.
FA rejet palace's appeal over Bolasie's red card, so that one stands.
Good decisions and brave of Sunderland to appeal it.

Does that mean his ban is increased for an unsuccessful appeal?

That's not an automatic. It's only if the appeal is deemed frivolous, and since it was a result of a slip and some commentators seemed to think it was harsh (but could see why it was given), it probably wasn't seen as frivolous.
Got to love BBS, one of their cherubs is having a right old paddy because Wes Brown got off. He seems to think that, and he states, if Wes hadn't won the ball and was a bit later he could have broken his leg.
The fact that he did win the ball and the tackle was properly timed seems to have gone unnoticed.
They're only human. No-one likes the Nigels.Normal practice on the BBS is to winge forever that the FA, refs, media etc. ALL 'have it in' for Palace.
