i didnt think the atmosphere was the greatest ever but a good turnout all the same, shame the players didnt give quite as much effort, just got back to bristol and the place resembles a warzone and from all accounts there has been a lot of incidents between leeds and rovers fans today:catfight:

The team dont deserve us....All that support and no teeth up front scrapy goal we scored, but after that we did not put them under the cosh in front of the goal....Slade has got to sort them out,and he has ajob on his hand....

If the players had just 1/10th of the passion of the fans we wouldn't be anywhere near relegation to league two. Fantastic support, disgraceful players.

You think we're great fans?? Yes we are when things are going well and BEFORE the game, slight bit of trouble and out comes the abuse.

The players tried and anyone that doesn't think so is quite frankly an idiot, the players after the game were very clearly gutted like the rest of us.

Leeds held after game with rovers playing up but rovers ended up getting a hiding from the police half a mile down the street, apparently smaller incidents have been occuring all day and the amount of pigs still mingling around guessing some leeds are here for the weekend:whisky:

It was good apart from what was dubbed the "prawn sandwich brigade" in the middle of the stand at the front. All sat down after 2 minutes and were quiet after about 20 minutes. Thought the atmosphere at Borient last season was 10x better than today.
Shame that despite all the positivity from the fans, the players couldn't produce the goods on the pitch.

always remember the panorama programme in the 70's when they followed millwall and millwall took a coach of absolute nutters to Bristol Rovers and they took a hell of a beating.

last time I saw any rough stuff with Rovers was the playoff final with Town where after the game down wembley way it all kicked off big time....

It's a shame that passion vanised when their winner went in though.

There were still FOUR minutes to be played and where was that lift they needed that could have egged them on to an equalizer.

It just went dead, and people started heading to the exits where I was.

CALL YOURSELFS FANS!!!

Rant over!

If you hate the fans so much, why do you bother following the team?

Kindly just do one.

Superb turnout with all issues taken into consideration, weren't as loud as we were last year in my opinion. Disapponted with the Anti-Coppell chants before the game after he had loaned us a keeper the day before. Doesn't deserve the abuse he gets.
