I have some mates who were in the South stand when we played Liverpool and they reckoned that is sounded really intimidating when we sang it that evening.

Not this again. If everyone bothered to sing it (with the lyrics), then it would sound superb, better than Palace's as our lyrics a) aren't cringeworthy and b) are actually about the club and Sussex, and everyone would be saying how great the atmosphere was.

No and that's probably why the singing at home has gone gradually down hill over the season.

We don't have a song that everyone joins in with, at best we have a couple of chants (Albion, Seagulls), a rushed chorus or two (Brighton Aces, We are Brighton) and the obligatory Stand up if you hate Palace. North Stand, West Stand made a massive noise early season but that is dying away now too. Songs like Qui Sera Sera seem to have just disappeared or be sung by just a few.

Perhaps this is what the boo boys want?

It was being sung just in front on me in the North on Saturday, and just behind (less than 10 rows in it)... and the two groups were about two seconds out of time.

It's remarkable how often the North is completely out of sync!
