The bog roll LUZZ is a bit of an artform. I reckon you need half a roll to maximise LUZZING. You need to hold on to the end while throwing the roll forward as if you were letting go of a yo-yo. Once the main roll has gathered some air momentum then you let go of the other end. A tricky technique but overall could look spectacular.
