[Albion] Was forcing Sanchez out the worst decision our club has made in years?

Oh dear. Bullying? Yes I'm sure whilst reviewing his bank balance tonight he'll be deeply traumatized by some nameless supporters of his ex club passing negative opinions on him on a football chat board.:ffsparr:
Still.

There are like a dozen people, very often the same ones, waiting like hyenas for ex players to make a mistake. I see the fun in it but there's no doubt that anyone into it likes. Don't think he gives a shit about what NSC says but its always pathetic when someone calls people out for rejecting to belong to some scavenger mob.

As for you first "point", there's more to life than money (maybe not for you, apparently, but for most) meaning the bank balance won't really help you if you feel bad.

Sanchez strikes me as the kind of bloke who needs an arm round his shoulder. I suspect RDZ put a rocket up his arse and the rest is history.

I thought Steele played well yesterday but he looks so unsure with the high ball I was thinking about Sanchez and his ability to take a cross and how we've never really had a keeper other than him who takes charge at crosses. Even Bart as good as he is. Typical Sanchez today though. Saves a worldie and lets in one he could save with his eyes shut.

He won't last at Chelsea. They haven't the patience for that kind of thing.

When he broke into the side he was able to dominate the box and kick/throw further than any other keeper I'd seen play for us before.

He fills the goal and made several incredible last ditch saves but was replaced because he wouldn't/couldn't play the passing game that RDZ wanted.
I think that period of brilliance coincided with matches being played behind closed doors.

Once crowds came back, he never seemed the same player. Which is probably why he looks amazing in training, and crap in actual games.

Never mind, not our problem now.

And whoever said he's suit a mid table La Liga side: you may be right, but unfortunately for him he's on a very decent contract which has seven years left on it, therefore few Spanish clubs would be able to afford him, and the ones that would, won't want him.

It'll end up being a question of which he'd prefer: regular first team football for the rest of his career or Premier League wages. He won't get both.

You mean the two people not being part of some sort of mob obsessed with bullying a former player?
Is this what weā€™re going to get if you ever actually make it to a game?

A former Brighton player shanks a 20 yard shot at the Amex, the North and West Upper sing ā€˜da da da da, fu**ing uselessā€ and you either burst into tears or start lecturing people.

You know so little about English football culture itā€™s frightening.

Everyone who says money wonā€™t help you it seriously does. Iā€™d rather be sad pissed off and rich than sad pissed off and fecking skint.

Nah thats normal when watching a game in a stadium.

Sitting at home thinking "this person made a mistake, I'm going to pile up on him with my likeminded scavenger buddies" is a different thing. A little sad.

He's a great keeper, just 10 years too late for the Premier League. De Gea and Lloris were great keepers who got overtaken by tactics, and Sanchez is too late. I wonder if, when his weaknesses were highlighted here at the Albion, whether he could have used the fantastic team of coaches to focus on, and improve his weaknesses.

It seems that unfortunately this moment coincided with the peak confidence point. Isn't the first and certainly won't be the last

Because Sanchez is definitely going to be spending tonight on NSC giving you likes and getting upset before subscribing to your YouTube channel.

But your last point is my main point! Little Bobby wont be feeling bad in the remotest. You seem to be dragging this into a debate about the effects of bullying per se

It's obvious from the past that swansman was bullied and therefore he's a bit sensitive to it and that's... fair enough, actually, and good for him too. I've joined in the pile-ons on Sanchez before because having been around him briefly in person i found him an utter bellend. I also love the panto of booing players in games sometimes (the comedy value not abuse).

As usual you comments can be a "bit much", as Fleabag would say. No need for the put down at the end there imo, when you can see where swansan is coming from.

Of course he will, you're absolutely deluded if you think people enjoy meeting and passing by hundreds of people every day who all think you're shit and should get the f*** out. And thats what happens to a scapegoat in a big club like Chelsea.

This one of the core issues of sport: the players are human, and fans think that humans are automatically always happy if they have money, because thats what the Hollywood brainwashing shit tells them. But there's plenty of depression and dark feelings within football.

Weā€™ve had a thread this week where several old users have asked for NSCā€™s humour to return. Now we have someone 1000s of miles away trying to shut down some mild mocking of a former player having a ricket (because it made him wrong).

Deepest, darkest Sussex
Classic example of getting the big move too early, now failing at a big team in full spotlight. Caicedo did similar but easier to get away with as an outfield player.

Take note, Bart.

Well ā€¦ wealthy people agree with you. Itā€™s not a golden bullet to happiness, but it makes most of lifeā€™s challenges surmountable.

Itā€™s also hypocritical.

Eternally slagging off RDZ for all and sundry, seizing upon a steady stream of anti RDZ gossip appearing on nsc, with relish.

No one cried that that was bullying.
