A friend put me onto this series to wean me off my GoT cravings now that that's finished for now.

Anyone else into it?

I've just binged on the first 3 1/2 series of 4 and its getting quite good.

It's produced by MGM and the first series looked low budget and tame compare to GoT, but each series seems to have a bigger budget.

Check out Largartha... I think I'm in love.

and none of them do that Icelandic clappy haka thing

Vikings is excellent, the second and third series especially.

Travs Fimmel who plays Ragnar is amazing, Lagatha and Floki brilliant characters.

I can't praise it enough but so few people I know have seen it!

Love Vikings but yes agree the latest series was a bit dissappointing.
Agree with the love for lagertha, what a woman.

Brilliant series, and all filmed in Ireland (I don't know why I'm telling you that). If anyone is interested the Vikings Facebook page is always looking out for extras.

Seen them all from the begining. Some of the twists are great but others are just too predictable. No doubt will stick with it.

Is it the kind of thing the Mrs will like as well? We've spent the past 5 months binging on all of How I Met Your Mother, and are now looking for a new binge. Have both Netflix and Amazon Prime. Without wanting to go too far O/T, we watched the first episode of Arrow last night and it was felt like it couldn't quite work out what it wanted to be, wasn't very impressed.
