I can only add my prayers and thoughts and promise to pray for this lady . I do hope she recovers from the treatment. Hopefully, with all the treatments available, she will make a full recovery. It's a shame that we need this to remind us that Bill Shankly was wrong. Yes, the Albion is a great love for most of us on here, but our loved ones and life itself are so much more important than any pastime we follow.
That news is bad enough, but at this time of year it will put a real dampener on any celebrations.
My step-daughter is currently having chemo for cancer of the womb, ovaries, liver, lung and brain, all brought on by pregnancy.
It was the biggest shock we've had in the 25 years we've been together when we heard. Choriocarcinoma is the 3rd hardest cancer to treat, but the treatment is working well at the moment.
My thoughts go to the family concerned. Stay positive and, Inshallah, all will be well in the end.
Horrible news, and a horrible time to receive it. Having been through similar with my other half (she had breast cancer), all I can say is stay strong, both physically and especially mentally and you can and will beat this. My thoughts are with you.
My thoughts are with the lady and her family having been healed of cancer myself, not breast cancer, but modern medicine can work wonders and as our old leader said 'Keep the faith,' and hope that all will be well for a speedy recovery.
