Sorry, can't be bothered to scroll through to see if that has been mentioned already, but USG used to be one of the most successful clubs in Belgium, and their stadium is a right old characterful affair. I watched them a few times when I lived in Brussels in the late 70s and have been a few more times over the years. They're a little bit St. Pauli culture wise, but the beer is FAR better than at the Millerntor :)

Even though work has been done on their stadium it's not clear if they can play there if or when promoted.

I wonder if Buckingham are busy?

Not sure what's needed but it's in a protected area and the main stand is listed

The complete opposite the Selhurst the area is a dump and the main stand listing

Huge stuff potentially for the Albion regarding work permits.

As far as I can work out, with the Jupiler League in band 2, we can basically sign any player from anywhere in the world, loan them to USG for a season (10 points for a single appearance in the matchday squad) have them play in 40% of minutes over the season (5 points) and they'll have hit the golden number of 15 points to get a work permit.

The majority shareholder of Union Saint-Gilloise, Tony Bloom, who arrived last June, confirmed the arrival of Alex Muzio, already a minority shareholder of the club (10%), as the new chairman of the board of directors of the Division 1B team.
During a press conference at the Marien stadium on Thursday, Tony Bloom presented the club's ambitions to the press. Arrived last June and already owner of the English club Brighton & Hove Albion since 2009, this 48-year-old poker player mainly intends to grow the historic club to aim for Division 1A in the long term.
He also took advantage of this meeting to announce the arrival of a new head: former consultant for Starlizard, a company for which he analyzed the statistical data of teams and players, Alex Muzio arrives as chairman of the board of administration, with the ambition to ensure the development of the club.“I have known Alex for many years, as a business partner but also as a friend. He is passionate about football and will bring his in-depth knowledge of football to the Union, which will be a huge advantage for the club ”, explains the Union owner.
Tony Bloom also announced on Thursday that a new general manager was being recruited. Jürgen Baatzsch, former president of the club, remains as honorary president of the Union alongside Charles Picqué (PS). Slovenian Luka Elsner joined him as a coach this summer, while Briton Alex Hayes was appointed sporting director at the end of June.
