Union's chance to close the gap on Genk at the top tomorrow...

...can't really see Seraing doing Union any favours against Antwerp this evening.

Union 2-1 up against leaders Genk at half-time.

Lovely cross by Adingra for the equaliser by Nieuwkoop in the 42nd minute, and then a beautiful strike by Adingra 2 minutes later to make it 2-1.

You think he has a future with us? I guess it’s so tough to tell - just look at Undav.

Well, race for the play-offs.
They will be in the playoffs but if Genk would have started the playoffs with a 5+ point advantage rather than the current 3 point advantage, it would very tough to catch up. This result increases the chances quite a bit.

Yep, only 21, and I certainly think he has a future with the Albion and that De Zerbi could be the one to bring the best out in him. He also has European experience with Union's very decent continuing adventures in the Europa League...cautious optimism from me that he will make an impact over the next couple of seasons.

Sima doesn’t seem to be pulling up trees since he joined us - you seen him at all?

Have seen a couple of Sima's goals this season and also when he played in a friendly against Union during the world cup last year. Beyond that, no.

Should probably try and watch Vitesse v PSV on Sunday as I saw a bit of Kozłowski last season at Union, not really enough to give a fair assessment though. Scherpen also there on loan.

We have a wealth of CB's Cm's and attacker's within the academy. A slick arrangement of one of each every year on loan to USG would be a sensible arrangement for all involved. Some would flourish and get plenty of game time and add an element of stability to USG
