I think Brighton should have taken a punt for Ronaldo. Ok 37 but not getting much playing time at Man U. Could still do a job at a mid-table club like us.
I reckon he'd come to us if we offered to double his wages.

I can't actually believe people are writing Undav off in October. It's astonishing.

It's taken Trossard 3 seasons to get to the level he is now, and he is still anonymous sometimes. And he had the advantage of playing in a much weaker squad, where it was a lot easier to get in the team every week. Judge Undav at the end of next season, not 3 months into his first season FFS.

This formation was about resting key players such as Welbeck, Veltman, Groß, March and Trossard rather than dropping anyone due to 3 games in 8 days. We might end up resting Mac, Caicedo and Webster? I do think that have we’ll have to rotate the squad over this busy period.

Friday-Tuesday-Sunday is 10 days!

It's pretty standard stuff

This. Also people need to remember it doesn’t matter who scores a goal. You don’t get double if it’s a striker!

Couldn't agree more. It's a massive adjustment from being the main striker in one of the top two clubs in Belgium with a squad built to suit your style to a mid-table Premier League club that plays a style to suit a big man.

He has a 4 year contract. Judging after 3 months of it is insanity, especially when a) none of have actually seen him play long enough to judge and b) he's behind our absolute 1st choice striker in Welbeck

Absolutely, a manager is never going to change a winning team, and Undav can't even begin to be judged until he sets foot on a football pitch.

It's Catch 22 that's the conundrum. Patience everybody.

It’s really hard to judge players when they are only getting 10-15mins here and there. I haven’t seen it yet but it sounds as though he did well with the time he had today though.
