This looks like a first team performance: lots of possession, some slick passing, looking to take extra touches in the penalty area, concede a soft goal against the run of play.

They're being well coached in the Brighton way

I must admit, I was surprised to see Jordan Davies in the line-up tonight: he was sent-off for serious foul play against Blackburn Rovers on Jan 6, incurring a 3-match ban (as confirmed on the FA website). Since then, Albion have had two Premier League games (both of which he missed). He played in the International Cup match against Wolfsburg, so that competition obviously doesn't count. The only other fixture they have played is the Sussex Senior Cup match at Burgess Hill. I wouldn't have thought that competition would count either (in terms of serving his ban), but I guess it must?

Classified as a first team fixture, I thought

I believe he may have missed a women's game where he self-identified as a woman that day.
