A few of you joked about me changing my allegiances to brighton but i am to old, a few of my dads mates changed there teams later in life.

Have you got any stories of people converting to Brighton?

I got my mate into Brighton, Jim. He never really had a team but i know he has a soft spot for the chavs.
One trip to withers & he was hooked.

I'd say a big WELCOME to anyone who converts to the Albion.....just as long as they don't take my seat!

My dad was a QPR fan, took me along, for years he maintained he could follow both as our paths didn't cross - eventually he discovered he had become an Albion fan when they did.

I think something like this could happen to me in twenty years time, how old was your dad when he admitted he was a Brighton fan?

I was brought up a Spurs fan, got disillusioned for years until the Albion reignited the footie flame. Thank you.

As was I. Along with most of my mates at Ardingly, I supported Spurs, until 1985 in my case. The moment I knew I was really an Albion fan was when Terry Connor scored the winner at Hull in the FA Cup. I've never looked back since.

My Dad was brought up as a Birmingham City supporter, his Dad used to take him to St. Andrews. They moved to Sussex when my Dad was 10 - he still followed Brum from afar but one day when my Dad was about 13 he went to watch the Albion with some school friends. Some 36 years after his first Brighton game he's still going.
