The arse end of Hangleton
Is it, though? Unlike most previous Presidents, Trump doesn’t try to start wars. He’s also tried to broker peace in the Middle East and between North and South Korea.

I remember the doom mongers four years ago acting like the the world would end now he was president, but nothing seems to have happened.

He's tried to broker peace in the Middle East with the mantra of "Israel is right, Israel is right, Israel is my friend". He's fvcked the Palestinians. That's not brokering peace.

I wonder if arrests are in the offing?

[tweet]1310531527361597440[/tweet]

There is no one to arrest YET

Can't Arrest Trump. while he is President and his Tax Returns are still only at Audit Stage. Trump could hunt down whoever released his Returns but to be honest they were probably released by the IRS themselves and it will be difficult to track down who released them.

This is not an uncommon practice by the IRS to serve out a warning to other High Rollers about tax avoidance - I could be wrong but didn't the IRS do it with Rod Stewart's records about 20 years ago when there was that UK v US Domicility issue ?

Trump will definitely want heads to roll because of this but we are so close to the Election he needs to try and hope this doesn't stay in the Press for too long.

If there is anyone still predicting that Trump will definitely win, I am up for a wager (to charity).

I wouldn’t say definitely but I still think very likely. How about if he wins, you buy five of these....

... and hand them out to friends or work colleagues. And if Biden wins, I buy five and do the same. It’d be fun and also nice for the poppy appeal. And the loser gets to hand out nice badges, so everyone wins.

amazing that he lives like this, paid virtually no tax yet American voters will still fly the flag and see him as one of them

I would actually argue we are still quite a while from the election with regards the news cycle. Pretty sure we're going to see a number of bigger things than this between now and November.

I'm expecting:

Donald Trump Ate My Hamster

on the 2nd of November.

If that doesn't finally do for the ******* then the world is lost.

You do wonder what it's going to take. Many of the lemmings are already lost forever, no doubt.

At some point it takes too much pride to acknowledge you've pinned your hopes on one of the oddest, stupidest and most obviously corrupt men of all time.

Polls are still looking very good for Biden. Even if the polls are wrong by the same margin as they were last time, Biden still wins.

It's a myth that the polls were wrong at the last election - they were pretty spot on. Nearly all had HRC winning the popular vote by a couple of points - which she did - what they couldn't predict was how the Electoral College voted.

You are probably right but he won't want this to stay as headline news, especially with Lots of people losing their jobs at the moment

No problem. I'll do that if Trump wins. And how about if Biden wins (very unlikely of course) you do the same for these: https://shop.ppu.org.uk/collections/frontpage/products/poppies-5-pack ?

Erm, who the actual **** is Joe Rogan!?

I'd never heard of him either but it's nonsense to say he has more influence than MSM

He has 6.6m followers on Twitter. The New york Times has 47.3m, BBC new has 45m, Washington Post has 16m, CNN 58.7m etc

The only question in this election is whether the cult of Trump is strong enough to outvote everyone else. I don't believe swing voters will swing to Trump this time, having seen what a mess of a person he is during his term. He had Republican majorities in the Senate and the House but wasn't able to get anything meaningful done. No major legislation but the good fortune of putting 2 people on the Supreme Court, with the chance of a third to come. He was asked why he wants a second term and there wasn't an answer, because it's not about anything other than self interest for him. Real people can see that. Real people will see what he's doing to the fabric of the country and that will be enough to guarantee a Democrat landslide, probably despite Biden rather than because of him - but it doesn't matter. It will be better for the country to be led by Democrats and hopefully they will get the majorities in the Senate and the House as well.

I'm sure another four years of countering any moves to slow global ecological disaster won't help.
