Just watched the same thing on CNN. Barr actually looks the sensible one in that exchange.
She raises some good points but they lose effect because she cannot deliver them in a calm and reasoned way. Barr clearly another Trump lapdog (so no checks and balances) and he could/should be called out on that... But not by someone going red with anger.
She excoriated him as the situation rightly deserved.
