Zero tolerance to the freeloaders. Let's face it, who are the people who are likely to complain? Those that are abusing the system - that's who.

I complained, and I'm not abusing the system.

(but of course, i complain about everything, bla bla)

Just about your level. I had a sneaking feeling that you would. How fulfilling your life must be.

What? What?

I complained that, instead of throwing out fans with a zero-tolerance policy (and potentially losing them in the long term), they should be made to pay up in order to get in, thus hopefully retaining the support, and also ensuring the club gets the correct revenue.

Fulfilling? Quite.

That's not really a complaint though is it.

the reason this was bought up was that it was felt that some of the stuff said was not official club anoucements, as this is how some people read it

Fair enough. Did you need all the rest of the stuff about dual personalities and outing him as a steward though?

A simple "Just to clarify that Zoo B Zoo's thread about people trying to defraud the club was not from the club" surely would have sufficed. If only to avoid the inevitable schadenfreude from certain posters.

Bonus points to Buzzer for incorporating a foreign word into his post, and thus showing himself to be dead intellagent, innit.

Did you not see the whole thread? He was playing you lot as he was arguing with his alter egos posts.

If he had not tried that then maybe but people were siding with NMH and so on

But then wouldn't everyone try to get in with the cheapest possible ticket and see if they get away with it?

Potentially, but only if a steward decided to announce the clubs 'policy' on an Albion message board?

Yep and has caused a lot of crap on here as zoo b zoo which didn't come officially from the club just his personal view

I would never discuss briefing matters or post about my job on here

You are Wrong with a capital W.

I discussed this matter with senior stewards, had the nod from them AND the ticket office, who I also discussed this with.
You seem to have been discussing a 'briefing matter' already - and without knowledge that I was REQUESTED to work the turnstyle TODAY, but had to turn it down because I was asked elsewhere to work Director's hospitality (not an area without a little responsibility and standard, wouldn't you agree?)

Nice work though, both of you. :nono:

But publishing a draconian policy would make people pay the right price in the first place (even if that policy wasn't enforced in practice).

You turned down a free ticket today.
