Yes. He left after Ian Dowie was appointed Manager.

He said on the radio it was his first season for 46 years that he has not had a pre-season!

He is currently waiting to team up again with Phil Brown when a position becomes available.

Oh do be quiet. If this carrys on all season fair enough, he has been unlucky with injury and admittedly a studpid foul but he will come good. Give him a bloody chance.

Unfortunately I have to watch the American coverage of course. Not that they're one-sided in particular, but they keep having these 'features' about how amazing it is that the Euros have brothers on their team, while playing Sister Sledge "We are Family" in the background. Nauseating.
