Trains on London line f**ked for tonight

Great!

Another argument for reopening the Uckfield to Lewes line, which would provide an alternative London-Brighton route (via Falmer). Why they have never done this, given the problems on the London-Brighton line, is beyond me.

Latest update

xx07 and xx37 services from Haywards Hth to Lewes/Eastbourne/Hastings running as booked.

Those times don't quite stack up, how about the 18.50 from HH to Lewes? Are all trains from HH to Lewes running as usual?

How will this affect Worthing-Brighton ? Or should it be pretty good as trains/crew should be in position by 6 ?

Without depressing everyone further. If southern are using 70 extra buses, will there be any left for the park and rides?

This is the bit I don't get:

On the West Coastway, services are running as timetabled with the exception of:

Brighton to Southampton hourly at 33 minutes past the hour.

I'm on the 1333 from Soton to Brighton and it's bang on time leaving Ford. The incoming service (presumably the 1133 ex Brighton) arrived on time into Soton.

How is it a "ferk up"? Who has made, what mistake here?

Problems on the trains, roads etc happen from time to time. As far as I know, no-one from teh club has demolished Balcombe Tunnel.
