Sanchez and Meslier might have run them quite close?
Bart and Trafford are both 21.

Sanchez was 23 and Meslier 21 when we played Leeds with the pair of them in goal, so couple of years older combined age.

Todays goalkeepers combined age is less than John Burridge's age when he set the record for the oldest ever PL player, he was 43 when he played for Man City against QPR in May 1995.

Fair enough - cheers. Still close though.

Lee Camp had a blinder for someone on a wet miserable New Year’s Day at the Amex we were literally queuing up taking shots at him. He was shit most of the time.

Martinez, for Villa, a couple of seasons ago. Pope, for Saudi FC, earlier this season, and many more.
Pope’s performance you’re thinking of was last season’s home game, around late August ‘22. We (Evan Ferguson) put 3 past him this season 👍.

It was Bournemouth, the same game that Calderon was penalised for giving away a penalty when he clearly got the ball. Coincidentally the ref today and against Bournemouth was Simon Hooper.

Thought he did his job, with one very good save, and a couple of other good ones that you'd expect most keepers to make. Certainly no where near as good as Pope on a couple of occasions for Burnley and Newcastle.
