How would they know his address?Down in the Tubestation... for such an upbeat tune, the lyrics are horrifying, especially the last few lines.
"...I glanced back on my life, and thought about my wife
'Cause they took the keys, and she'll think it's me..."
Guitar.Guitar or strings version?
I dunno, I just assume they either beat it out of him, or he had a keyfob... nicked his wallet with ID in.. lots of ways. How would they know his address?
The Birdie song still does it for me, but for different reasons though...I’ve heard GU thousands of times and still, when it goes into the first chorus.. hairs stand on end.
Not many tunes can do that after repeated listens.

And what kind of saintly wife at that time of night would be lining up the cutlery, polishing the glasses and pulling out the cork?I wonder what sort of person buys curry at midnight, I would be up with heartburn until 5am
