What's the point in waiting till Saturday??? Even if we were to win there, it's still only delaying the obvious. Sammi Hyypia is not the man to take this club forward and that has nothing to do with losing tonight. Get rid tonight, as every day counts.

And replace him with who?

I'm sure that Uncle Tony is not the type to make knee jerk decisions and that he wants to give Sami as long as possible to turn things around. The magic question is how long is as long as possible? The stretch without a win is lengthening and it feels as though the prospect of one diminishes with each game. We look to be devoid of confidence and almost marking time waiting for things to happen.

If we lose heavily on Saturday that may well be enough to see Sami out of the door. A tight contest regardless of the outcome may give him the home matches to fight for his job. I would imagine Tony has an imaginary red line in his mind and Hyppia must be edging bloody close to it by now.

I don't think it's fair to boot him now. If we were going to do that we should have done it after Saturday. I think he'll get Bournemouth, and then the two home games after that. If he doesn't win one of them he'll be gone.

Sorry but the team are not playing for Hyypia - it's clear to see.

I was hoping we'd have a real go at Spurs tonight but that was pathetic.

FT 2-0. No shame in the result imo. Maybe start CMS on Saturday for another try. And somebody else instead of KLL.

Hope Lualua can shake off his injury before Saturday. Macca looked decent in his 10 minutes at the end. Walton did well.

I'm actually feeling a bit more upbeat for Saturday now.

Bit of perspective being Man City also lost tonight but at home against a team in their league.

Not saying I'm not disappointed with the attacking aspects of our performance tonight but Sami should not get sacked off the back of this game.

For me, needs 4 points from the next two to keep his job.
