Both Manchester United and Newcastle were interested him in the summer, but he chose Chelsea.

And with 10 Premier League appearances this season, including seven starts, he seems to be a bit more in favour than KDH.

Pretty sure Chelsea don't pay that high wages any more. They guarantee long contracts but not big wages, so it might not be such a big obstacle.

One of my many vices is listening to Chelsea fan podcasts. Tosin is one of the few players they don’t seem to moan about. Which doesn’t mean he’s not available but I’d be surprised, given their problems in defence. Chalobah's going back apparently though so possibly that’s taken the pressure off a bit. I wouldn’t be against this move but it all depends on the fee I guess.
