NEW: Tory MPs claim there are 67 letters in. One number cruncher thinks they could get to 190 votes against him. Take both with a bucket of salt but the conventional wisdom now is that a vote is likely on Wednesday

That rather depends on whether or not the current leader is a binbag full of tramp shit*

And a whopping 20 points behind in a poll for the Wakefield By-Election.

Mouldy, stop for a minute.

I understand you have a preferred political party, and that’s fine.

How about your own self-respect and credibility though?

If you are genuinely saying that you can listen to that clip and not hear booing, then fair enough that’s a health issue. If however your tribal loyalty to a political party is forcing you into such contortions that you’re denying reality, you’re publicly embarrassing yourself in front of others and reducing anyone’s ability to take you seriously in the future. Anything you post becomes untrustworthy.

I understand that you are one of Boris Johnson’s biggest fans, fair enough, there’s room in the world for all sorts, but posts like the one quoted above do you and your viewpoint no favours.

Mouldy never expects anyone to take him seriously.

Well that's him done if he wasn't before. Booed entering St Pauls and ridiculed by a comedian at the Jubilee Concert.

When it "cuts through" to a Royalist supporting audience there is no going back.

I can hear the party sharpening their knifes.

Lee Mack will be dining off that moment for years.

Couple with the Stephen Fry comment, it was just right without being nasty.

The Stephen Fry comment will go without much notice, he is openly political and everyone knows where he stands. Many find him particularly annoying as well.

The Lee Mack joke is going to get all the coverage.
