Thunder Bolt
Silly old bat
He really doesn't put his brain into gear at any time, but says the first thing that comes into his head, unless it wasn't 'accidental',
I don't normally quote myself, but both Costa and Harman picking up on thisDespite confirming that he understood the rules and guidance (which shifted throughout the various phases of lockdown), his defence seems to be that he wasn't told that the numerous parties held in his home and place of work were in breach of the rules and guidance, even though he's admitted to being there (but failing to twig that he understood the rules and guidance yet these events that he attended contravened them).
I sincerely doubt it's shame. More likely anger.harman kicking ass, bungleclunge's face reddens,
i didn't realise he could experience shame
He can't. He's furious at being questioned by a woman.harman kicking ass, bungleclunge's face reddens,
i didn't realise he could experience shame
you're right, it's indignation.I sincerely doubt it's shame. More likely anger.
I would imagine he fully believes what he's saying and that even having to explain himself is beneath him.
Jenkin in his second round of questioning really got under his skin.I sincerely doubt it's shame. More likely anger.
I would imagine he fully believes what he's saying and that even having to explain himself is beneath him.
I said censured and I meant censured. Look it up, it's in the dictionary.I love how the last of the few Tory apologists left on here are the unequivocally and demonstrably thick. It paints an interesting picture as to the demographic of anyone currently still willing to put their cross next to a blue rosette.
what do you think should happen to clampy for his, "plough them all into a ditch" comment?I said censured and I meant censured. Look it up, it's in the dictionary.
He fully believes that what he told the commons was the truth as he understood it at the time and he is not going to change the record in the house. If they have proof that he deliberately misled the house then we would have heard it by now.
Quite why any constituency would want him as their MP is a mystery but that is another matter entirely.
As I noted earlier. The Arnold Judas Rimmer defence. He’s gone for the “I’m really thick” defence. Classic move.
no, i said, in what way should clampy be censured for the ditch ploughing comment?Well I don't think anything will happen as the moderator says he'll bar me if he has to ban Clampy. I'm not too bothered but I think Clampy would, as he seems to spend a vast amount of his time on here.
