I see the apples haven't fallen far from the tree.

Looks like Rishi is getting savaged from all sides, not just inside the Tory party. He is the " Least Worst " option but only marginally. Sadly Truss has learned that lying works having seen Johnson work at close quarters and so, the country is stuffed.Don't think it really matters now anyway. She's won.

Nadine Dorries, A cabinet minister responsible for a social media bill who complains regularly about personal attacks on social media
Conservative leadership contender Rishi Sunak has referred to the Equality Act 2010 as a "trojan horse" of "woke nonsense" and has pledged to review it if he becomes Prime Minister.
Here is some of what is contained in the Equality Act 2010:
The act outlines 9 'Protected Characteristics':
Age
Disability
Gender reassignment
marriage and civil partnership
Pregnancy and maternity
Race
Religion or belief
Sex
Sexual orientation
so did anyone actually hear Sunak's speech from yesturday? seems media not interested.
thing is you're repeating tweets that are parroting reports from yesturday morning before the speech. not the actual speech given. it was the local husting at Fontwell, maybe someone was there?
You have to remember Dorres idolises a man for whom lying, racism and threats are positive personality traits in government . There are no depths to which any of them will not sink now, they have watched the master and learned.Considering two MPs have been murdered in six years, that is a horrific tweet from her. She’s off her trolley.

But an unnamed ally of Ms Dorries, who is backing Liz Truss in the leadership race, said: "It's quite obviously a satirical image of Brutus and Caesar which has been clearly photoshopped to provide political commentary.
"There were similar cartoons involving [Michael] Gove in 2016. Some people of course will want to be wilfully offended."
So, that’s ok then.
The Minister for online safety can tweet what she wants because only those who want to get offended will be offended!
On the day the nation celebrates England's women winning the Euros, I see Liz Truss has a plan for cutting spend on diversity and inclusion.....
