What should be an important component of democracy - holding the Prime Minister to account - is nothing more than a weekly political farce. In the week when No. 10 became subject of a police enquiry the main takeaway from PMQs was one overweight man fat-shaming another marginally fatter man. This country has become a laughing stock.

I'd love for the speaker to step in and force the PM to actually answer the question asked instead of simply making a completely unrelated statement. IMO, the PM is being allowed to treat Parliament with contempt and it needs to stop.

Also stopping the Trump-like disrespect when always calling Starmer "Capt Hindsight" would be nice....

Its like a bloody playground for 5yr olds sometimes in that place.

Sadly, we have reached a point when the speaker should have the power to cut to mic off was he wanders off the question answered. Johnson has taken parliament to a place when the law of common decency, respect and honour that gone out the window

He will not resign regardless of what is found of him, he will have to be removed. If he is not he will use every tool possible to remain in office regardless of the damage to anything or anyone around him.

Like Trump he said has a cultish band of followers, you may not see many is here but there are still millions of them taken in by the non sense.

Yes, if you want zero hours contracts on minimum wages. Office or shop floor?

Just to clarify the GDP growth figures.

He's basically skint, so they're probably Shoezone own brand multi-purpose black trainers.

Possibility: the Gray report party much confirms that he 'misled' parliament, he doesn't agree but acknowledges the verdict and stands down, triggering a leadership election. This heads off any vote of no no confidence, the party rallies round, nobody serious stands against him and he wins the subsequent election, returning triumphantly as Prime Minister.

Loved the complete bollocks when he said Starmer had " Voted 48 times to take the country back into the EU "....must have missed those votes myself ?

Or, maybe he's getting so confused about his favourite lies he's got the number parts mixed up ? " 48 new policemen, 20,000 new Hospitals ...".
