If you can't be optimistic on our chances of top 10 after getting a point at Stamford Bridge, scoring our first ever goal there with half of our first team missing then I'm nor sure what you expect.
Need two attacking players in jan. Otherwise 14th.

45+ points would be good and is sometimes (though usually not) enough for 10th place.
Last season 59 points were needed to get to 10th place and I dont think Brighton are going to get that.
I don't really see where they'd fit in to the squad. Unless that amazing top-quality striker becomes available, which they hardly ever do in January, I don't see that's where we should strengthen.
For me the strengthening should be in the central defence, we don't have the depth there that we do in midfield, Dunk could be out for a long time, and we are yet to replace Ben White. Part of the reason we scored last minute equalisers in our last three away games is because we conceded goals earlier in the match thus needed to chase the game. Strengthen our defence and those last minute equalisers may become last minute winners.
I shall be holding this unpopular opinion right through the upcoming transfer window, and quite likely into the following one as well
BTW we were fantastic today, especially in the 1st half. Ally Mac to get more games, as he can actually shoot, unlike his midfield colleagues?

We looked top 10 today.
A dream currently.
The dream will become reality if players such as Mac Allister or Moder start chipping in with goals
Latest prediction on FiveThirtyEight is that Albion will finish in 8th place on 53 points. Seems about right to me.
